Case study · Staffing & hiring

A new staffing site built a search channel from zero.

A firm placing talent from Latin America with companies abroad. A new domain, and salary pages by role.

Measured in
Google Search Console, Aug '25 to Jul '26

Monthly organic clicks from Google Search Console, on a domain with no history.

The problem

Companies hiring in Latin America search what a role costs in each country. The firm's new domain had no pages that answered it.

What we did

  • Salary pages by role

Pay for each role in several currencies, with a converter built in.

  • Country comparisons

Pages comparing hiring across Latin American countries, for employers choosing where to hire.

  • Authority first

Broader articles alongside the salary pages, to earn the authority a new domain lacks.

What changed

Clicks started in September 2025 and most of the growth came in the last four months. The numbers are still small; the channel didn't exist a year ago.

What's next

Pages for the candidate side of the market, held to the same data rule.
